LiveWires custom in-ear earphones have a one-year (1-year) warranty (beginning on the purchase date) on all internal parts and workmanship.  The warranty does not cover damage that results from user handling, abuse, accident or neglect. This includes, but is not limited to, the earphones being crushed, damage from earwax and/or moisture, and weather damage. In the event of malfunction, contact LiveWires and return your earphones for repair or replacement within one (1) year of the date of purchase.
 
In the event of a poor fit, return your earphones within ninety (90) days of purchase for a re-make, and contact LiveWires to explain the fit difficulty.
 
LiveWires cables come with a thirty-day (30-day) replacement warranty (beginning on the purchase date) and covers malfunction of the parts.  The warranty does not cover damage that results from user handling, abuse, accident or neglect, including, but not limited to, improper removal of cables and improper storage. In the event of malfunction, contact LiveWires and return your cables within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase for replacement.
 
LiveWires are a custom product used in the human ear.  Since the ear may contain moisture and earwax, we suggest regular, careful cleaning of the sound ports to maintain the best performance. This warranty does not cover damage(s) and/or cost(s) associated with problems that result from earwax or moisture. Please refer to FAQ’s for instructions on how to care for your LiveWires.
 
In addition, we offer in-house, technical cleaning services.  Our comprehensive servicing and reconditioning will remove all debris from each individual driver/speaker.  See services on our website.
